The house is very comfortable, bright, clean, and well-organized. The owners were responsive and provided everything we needed. The area is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants, but just ok for walking. There was some noise from construction next door and from homes across the intracoastal that could be annoying at times, but not terrible. We really enjoyed our stay.

Booked for a corporate event with some of my team staying overnight. Jodi/Josh were very communicative and provided flexibility in some of our requests. Beautiful home with very clear instructions on checking in/out. Perfect location and beautiful view of the canal! We would definitely book again!

We were thrilled with our decision to rent this home while visiting our family in Delray Beach. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. - Bed was very comfortable - Loved having access to beach passes, bikes, boogie boards and fishing equipment. -Loved having the dock to fish and pull our rental boat up to. - Binder with the house information was very entertaining in addition to being informative. The yard was extremely peaceful. We sat outside each morning and evening. In fact, the kids set their alarms to wake at 6AM to fish off the dock. They fished for a few hours and then would take a dip in the pool to cool off before fishing a bit more. Jodi was incredibly responsive and permitted us to check-in early and offered up a late check out as well since she did not have others checking in. They were very accommodating. We look forward to returning again soon.
