We booked Penny's place as a last minute bank holiday break and we weren't disappointed, so peaceful and tranquil, beautiful location and great base to explore. Penny was friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. A return stay is a must!

We came for the weekend and we had such a lovely time! Penny's place is so enchanting, it was so nice to disconnect from everyday life, to watch the kids run about and embrace the outdoor life! We explored the woodlands and streams around us and just relaxed playing games, toasting marshmallows and cooking over a fire. We had everything we needed and Penny was very friendly and helpful! The tent was cosy and comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot! Couldn't fault it our stay. We will definitely be coming again 🙂

Penny was a lovely host. We stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing, even though it rained we managed to stay in the kitchen tent and have loads of fun. Everything was there for us what we needed. Thank you penny. We will come back again.

My family of 5 had a great stay! The location is amazing, it’s secluded and peaceful with great views and nearby walks. We were originally looking for a house but thought we would try something a bit different. We’re glad we did! It has all needed amenities, including a kitchen, loo, shower and plenty of sleeping space for the 5 of us. All was kept very clean and tidy. Sitting around the fire pit in the evening with the family was a highlight for us. Thank you Penny for being a great host. We hope to come down your way again!
