We were there for a basketball tournament and wasn't in the house that much. Everything was going well until time for showers 🚿 which we had to take cold showers or wash up Friday night. The owners was contacted and informed of the situation. The next day I received calls from a lady that the maintenance guy was coming out. He was at the house approximately 1:50pm to access the situation. He had to change the thermostat out because the elements wasn't working. A long story short He told me that power was working and to give it up to 1.5 hours to get hot. We had games so we didn't return until about 10:30pm and water was STILL COLD! Which I had to do more out of pocket to travel and let everyone get a hot shower. Other than 2 days without hot water everything was good. Quiet rest

Great house nice with lots of space, nice back yard to bbq, realy had a good stay my guys loved the house would stay again anytime .. great host
