I arrived to the property a day early due to a mistake in my calendar. I asked the host to help us with an accommodation for the extra night at the property. He was able to do so; thanks to that we were able to see the property. We were placed in a room to discover that there is no Internet, no hot water, and no TV signal whatsoever. All rooms are connected with each other, and separated only by paper thin walls and doors that connect rooms Even though these doors are locked There is no sound privacy. At 9:30 pm My two year old was just playing since there was no Internet or TV to help us entertain her before bed. The guest next to our room knocked on the divider door, requesting for our little girl to be quiet. I contacted the host and he was empathetic at the time, he apologized and promised to cancel our reservation at no charge since I explained to him that I was going somewhere else, unfortunately for us after that point, there was no communication. he disappeared on us.

Al llegar al hospedaje no me entregan las habitaciones reservadas y pagadas para 3 adultos, Reserve: 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, 3 camas en una cabaña aparte del hotel, y me querían entregar 1 habitación, 1 baño, 2 camas sencillas dentro del hotel, totalmente diferentes a las fotos ofrecidas en la aplicación y no coherentes con el valor pagado por la estadía. El anfitrión Mateo no contestaba el teléfono, entonces llamaron al dueño del hotel y él me dijo que me podían dar otra habitación hasta 2 días después porque el hotel estaba lleno, a pesar de que el día anterior a mi llegada me contacte con el anfitrión Mateo y dijo que todo estaba listo para poderme hospedar. No tome la reserva y solicite una devolución completa del dinero, esta situación por parte del hotel es una falta de respeto hacia los huéspedes y no es justo que nos quedemos sin hotel por falta de organización interna cuando hice la reserva con 3 meses de anticipación.

El alojamiento es verdaderamente hermoso, con muy buena vista al valle y con instalaciones completas. Hay disponible una cocina, un amplio area comun, piscina y hasta hay un restaurante dentro del complejo. Definitivamente volveria a alojarme aqui. Gracias por la hospitalidad y buen servicio.

This is by far the best location and accommodation in Armenia with many amenities. Full access to the main house and kitchen as well as to the farm. Fresh fruit is always available, just walk the property and pick what you like. Priceless views and just minutes to coffee park and into the city of Pueblo Tapao or Montenegro. And only 20 minutes to Armenia. Loved our stay and gracious hosts, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. Thank you again Matteo and family!
