We are 4 min by car to the nearest town of Picassent with your usual facilities of supermarkets, coffee places, bars, restaurants, or 10 min to Torrent a bigger neighbouring town, attached to Valencia with more of the same facilities.
An easy 20 min drive takes you the the Centre of the Arts and Sciences and from there Valencia is there for you to discover and enjoy. El Saler beach is also an easy 20 min drive with it's many km's of sandy beaches.
A car is necessary for comfort, although if you are very adventurous you can reach Picassent in 10 min by bike and there the Metro and buses are available for further destinations
