This rental checked many of our boxes when looking for a downtown Charleston spot. Just a short walk to King Street! The rental was just as the pictures depicted. The kitchenette was a great bonus, strong air conditioning, smart tv, and nicely finished bathroom. There is also access to a shared washer and dryer. I do feel I should mention that on our 3rd day in the rental we noticed dirt-like particles on the mattress and sheets. We quickly contacted Yourpad and learned the particles were from termites. Yourpad was incredibly responsive and assured us that this is very common in historical homes and is harmless. It was a little bit unsettling as we had not encountered termites before, but felt confident in YourPads prompt response that this wasn’t anything to worry about. Otherwise, the rental was impeccably clean. Yourpad was kind enough to let us drop our bags at their office location before our flight home. This allowed us to enjoy our departing day.

Loved it. Needed a place to stay for one night. Was perfect. Walking distance from all the Charleston bars and restaurants. Would 100% stay again.

Amazing place for a short stay if you need a tiny space. Walls are a little thin so if you’re a light sleeper keep in mind. Overall super clean and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Great location including close to lively areas, free shuttle around town and the comprehensive visitors’ center. Lovely reno incl bathroom and kitchenette. Communicative Yourpad with info on contacts if needed.
