My family and I returned to this “paradise” on Harvard Pond. We look forward to it every year. You will never find a more helpful and accommodating host than John. The setting is picturesque and peaceful. With the paddle boats, kayaks, etc. there is tons to do. Great for all ages!

Amazing stay at a beautiful home and property (great views from every room). The house had everything - full kitchen with everything you need to prepare/serve meals, barbeque grills, paddleboards, kayaks, canoe, fishing rods, outdoor seating, fast internet, etc... John met us at the house when we arrived to show us around and to answer any questions. He also provided us with welcoming treats (wine, cheese, fresh OJ, and more). The location is close enough to town that it is accessible by car for whatever you need but you feel like you are truly "away" because the area around the very large pond is wooded and the house is at the tip of a peninsula. John was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. This exceeded my expectations and I hope to come back again!

John and his wife were very hospitable and the house was prepared with all the items we needed. John were very attentive and gave us all the information we needed. We always got the response we wanted when we contacted John and the places he recommended were well worth visiting. All in all, we would love to return if the opportunity arises.

This property is AMAZING! The views from the inside and the outside are breathtaking….and we have traveled a lot nationally and internationally. To find this locale in Harvard MA is unbelievable. And the cherry on the top is that there is so much for families or couples to do. Highly recommend to all!
