Over all great. Heads up that it is small but was fine for just the two of us. Also had to pay for overnight parking in a garage .4 miles away.

We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to folks coming for a weekend trip to Charleston. Pros: - Very clean - Extremely responsive host - Easy check in - Short walk to King street where you can find many bars and restaurants - Safe area Cons: - Definitely in a college area of the city. The neighbors just behind us were playing extremely loud music until 2 AM. We personally did not mind, however if you are planning to come with your family (i.e. kids) and want to get to bed early, this place is not for you. - Limited parking Overall pleased with our stay here!

My husband and I just visited Charleston for our anniversary at the Rainbow unit. We had a lovely time celebrating. However, it is a huge oversight on the rental company not to inform customers prior to booking that there is NO PARKING on site and that you will need to pay to park at a nearby garage (or at a paid parking lot). Although this studio is in walking distance to king street and or a garage that is absolutely something that should be shared with potential visitors. The condo is smaller but perfect for a couple not looking to spend a lot of time in their rental.
