Our stay was incredibly comfortable. I booked the villa for a family gathering, and Pak Arbi was very accomodating to our needs. The villa is exactly as pictured and described, with various amenities provided. The check-in process was very easy, we just have to contact the stay-in housekeeper to confirm our arrival and we got brief explanation for our stay. Since we booked the whole building, it was pretty private. The villas were very clean and comfortable, the housekeepers did an amazing job keeping the place clean. They are a bit strict on house rules (to ensure every guest’s comfort) so make sure you confirm with the staff first before doing something (outside the written rules), but the staff members were friendly and accomodating so you can discuss with them about things you need. The lift works well so it’s perfect if you have elderly in your group. The pool is also clean and well-kept. Basic needs and amenities provided are great. Definitely recommended!
