They were in the middle of doing renovations, the time that we stayed however, they were accommodating. Once the renovations are done, I believe it would be an excellent place to stay. Definitely a beautiful venue.

Nice and beautiful place. Didn’t realize it was a wedding venue before we booked so just fyi you will have weddings going on around the lot. It didn’t bother my wife and I though! Overall a nice stay in a beautiful place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tennessee RiverPlace. The location was secluded but only 15 minutes from downtown. We brought our dog and there was a lovely lake and paths to walk around. The room was clean and there was a washer/dryer available as well as a coffee and snack station.

Very unique space right on the river, in the foothills of the mountains. The natural beauty was great. It is right on the Tennessee river and had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A few things I wish I would have known: for not having a kitchen, the house is fairly far from much in the way of restaurants/grocery stores. So you will be trekking a bit to go eat. The outer deck is lovely but the setup of it is a little strange - it goes completely around all rooms, and on the last day I noticed that you could actually sort of see into my room and bathroom from the deck which is a little weird. This has nothing to do with the place but writing for anyone there for fall views - not sure if it was weird weather this year but most of the leaves in this area had not changed yet even though driving in through Asheville it was full fall colors there. Not sure why, but an ideal time here might be early November for fall colors based on what I saw. Beautiful, beautiful location nonetheless.
