Quiet neighborhood, comfortable and nicely remodeled home. We walked to downtown and it was a very short drive to downtown, as well.

Location was great! Downtown hot springs was right around the corner. We felt right at home. The house has great space very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if we are in Hot Springs.

This was our first time in hot springs and I’m so glad I found this place! It was one of the cleanest AirBNb I’ve ever stayed in. I even cleaned before using most things and my disinfectant wipe was spotless (even when I wiped the toilets) it was literally 1 mile from downtown the perfect location! I can’t wait to come back I will be staying here every time I come to town thank your Dylan for being a great host

Loved our stay at Dylan’s place. It was super clean, decorated nicely, had all the amenities we needed, and was a convenient location to downtown Hotsprings and other activities we wanted to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again. Thank you!
