This Villa was amazing and perfect. Fernando and his team were extremely accommodating and helpful to our group of 10. Fernando answered our many questions prior to booking and once we booked, he connected us with his team which helped us from everything from picking us up to information on COVID testing for our return trip. Our group was rather particular about certain services such as private catamarans and the up keeping. Our group was extremely satisfied with the each of the activities. The activities were great and the people who worked for the companies provided outstanding service. The house was better than the pictures, a beautiful place with an even better view. Though we were almost 3 hours away from SJO, Valerie made arrangements and gave us many options. We were also able to walk up a (STEEP) hill to many bars and options for food. We highly recommend Emilios. They showed us A LOT of great food and love. Jolly Rogers was cool-great cauliflower wings, a band, poker table and great drinks. We arranged the beach with Gary the day of and that was a smooth process with people that were super accommodating. The home came equipped with everything listed and if there was something we needed o, we had access to everything within 30 minutes. The ONLY negative thing I have to say about the place is the bugs. Since a lot of the home is "open" and we spent a lot of time outside, we definitely encountered more than enough bugs. The best way around this is to wear bugs spray even when you're relaxing around the house and keep all food refrigerated. This saved us. Overall I trip to CR wouldn't have been the same without Gary, Valerie and Fernando at this Villa. Should I visit again, no matter who I'm with then we will stay at this Villa if available. We HIGHLY recommend this property.
