All three rooms with high stone star vaults have a mezzanine. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe for storing clothes, a bathroom with shower and bidet, two single beds on the mezzanine and a small terrace on the floor from which you can access the large equipped terrace above. Next door, a second bedroom with double bed with chest of drawers for storing clothes, work area with PC desk and printer (on request). On the mezzanine there is a living room with a sofa and TV, with the possibility of adding a single bed. The bathroom belonging to this room has access to the courtyard, and is equipped with a shower, bidet and washing machine. The courtyard leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with large dining table, wood-burning oven/fireplace, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, espresso coffee machine, small cooking tools, professional toaster; on the mezzanine there is a double bed and a tiny bathroom. The windows are equipped with blinds, some electrically controlled and are equipped with mosquito nets. All the rooms have independent access with a key and allow for the right amount of privacy. All the rooms overlook a large livable courtyard for outdoor breakfasts or dinners, equipped with a built-in barbecue, ancient marble sink and hot shower. By sharing the courtyard it is possible to add other 6 beds, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen.
