This is such a hidden gem in the beautiful bare landscape outside Sitea. We could have stayed a month! So peaceful. We walked the hills and sheltered from the prevailing winds in our own private swimming cove. Kallia’s cottage is perfect. Simple and well made. Very cosy and comfortable. Places like this are rare. Kallia told us about Katrina’s taverna nearby where we ate lunch each day - salads, fish and souvlaki - so well prepared. Simple and fresh. Kallia was available for anything we needed and left some homemade jam as a welcome gift as well as a bottle of red which went down very well! Beds new and really comfortable. Towels fluffy and clean. So happy we stumbled upon this listing after the hustle of chania and rethimnyo .

La maison de Kallia est un vrai petit paradis au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. De plus, Kallia est une véritable super hôte, elle a pris la peine de venir nous chercher pour nous indiquer la route, sans oublier ses attentions à notre arrivée ( vin de la région, fruits frais, délicieuse confiture maison, eau fraîche au réfrigérateur...)!! Un superbe (trop court) séjour. Si nous avons la chance de revenir en Crête, nous serions ravis de revenir chez Kallia. 🙂

Wer eine ruhige, super ausgestattete und landestypische Unterkunft auf Kreta sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Kallia ist eine unglaublich liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die 24/7 für ihre Gäste erreichbar und gerne mit Tips bezüglich Touren durchs Land, empfehlenswerten Restaurants etc behilflich ist. Wir haben uns in ihrem Haus rundum wohlgefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Danke, Kallia, für die schöne Woche, N. und S.

La maison de Kallia est tout simplement fantastique à tout points de vues : belle maison, belle emplacement, vue incroyable sur la mer, équipements et décorations impeccables. Et le top c’est l’accueil très agréable et chaleureux de Kallia. Notre Airbnb préféré en Crête. Nous recommandons vivement!
