My place is a 10 minute walk to the center of Sunny beach and to the beach. The biggest and cheapest supermarket in Sunny beach is just next to my place. My place is located in a quiet area away from the nightlife noise, but within a short walking distance. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, the location, the staff, the atmosphere, the service. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. What makes our place unique is the personal touch and the friendly approach towards our guests. The atmosphere is very relaxing and easy-going.

The location of the apartment is convenient, the street is not noisy. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, depending on the pace. Check-in is convenient, we were checked in earlier as we arrived earlier. The staff is friendly. We had no hot water in the kitchen, this was quickly fixed after we told the staff. The Wi-Fi on the fourth floor did not work very well, I had to partially use roaming. The cafe on the first floor is delicious, we really liked the pizza, the Wi-Fi on the first floor works better. The stove in the kitchen has only one burner, which was not enough for us. The room was cleaned every day, even the dishes were washed, but sand sometimes remained after cleaning. I liked the pool, there were always free sunbeds.
Отличный отель, полностью оправдал ожидания. К сожалению, не работал бильярд, что огорчило. В отеле есть приличный wifi, однако он работал нестабильно на третьем этаже. Постоянно прерывалась связь, работать на нем не получился. Внизу соединение стабильное. Всё остальное заслуживает высшей оценки. Персонал говорит по-английски, с одним лишь русским будут сложности. Рядом с отелем есть супермаркет и очень хорошая столовая. По сравнению с другими локализациями максимально тихо. Смело рекомендую!
