We really enjoyed our stay at in Aups. The house is located on the edge of the town, a perfect mix of peaceful with amenities only a 10 minute walk away. The accommodation was fantastic, a good amount of space and privacy! Trine has clearly thought of everything with the amenities provided - everything from a well stocked kitchen (inside and outside) to a decent hair dryer, candles for the terrace and everything in between. Highly recommend!

Het was een fantastisch verblijf! Comfortabel huis. Goed ingericht en alles was er voor een super verblijf. Fijne terrassen, een buitenkeuken, mooi zwembad. Zeer comfortabele bedden! Alles zeer schoon! En een fantastisch leuk en gezellig Frans dorp op loop afstand. Wij huren al jaren huizen in Frankrijk en dit is absoluut een topper waar we graag terugkomen.

Overall, this is a fantastic property in a wonderful location. The house is extremely well stocked and supplied with cooking equipment and all the essentials you need. This includes the excellent outdoor kitchen, with gas BBQ. The pool is well maintained, clean, and secure. The house is situated in a gated compound in a quiet neighbourbood, nestled in the hills just north of Aups. The centre of Aups is around a 10 minute walk, with a market on Wednesday and Saturday. Communication with Trine was excellent and very considerate. The property is managed locally by Alexandra, who was also an absolute pleasure to deal with and answered questions quickly via text message. Our reason for giving 4* rather than the 5* that this property otherwise merits is due to what we consider a significant inaccuracy in the listing. The listing includes Air Conditioning under the facilities/amenities, but we learned on arrival that this this applies only to the pool house guest suite, not the main house. The description of the property is vague on this point and we feel it could and should have been made clearer, especially given the importance to us of this facility during August with temps in the high 30s Celsius. We had taken care to filter our search for properties only to those with AC, as this was an important consideration for our two families. With all that said, once we raised the issue with Trine, she arranged for extra fans to be delivered to the house within a matter of hours. She managed the situation very well and we cannot fault her hospitality and responsiveness.
