I really enjoyed staying at Lidya place there are some things that I didn't like such as the key does not lock from the outside of the room the pillow was not comfortable it got cold at night maybe it was my fault because I didn't tell her but overall, I enjoyed staying there, the kitchen was clean the living room as well, the bus station not far just few meters from the home and the grocery its just next to, the other guests were so nice, friendly and welcoming. it worth it thank you

Excellent value. The cleanliness is above average. There are two regular tenants and they are easy to get along with--quiet, neat ,and keep to themselves. The location is sketchy but the #3 room where I stayed have a window that looks out on a beautiful wooded/forest area with about 8 different birds.. For over two weeks I always got parking in front of the house. I will definitely book again. Great value.

It was a very enjoyable place. I have stayed for 5 weeks and there was no problem I faced during the stay. Lidiya was a great host and very easy to communicate. I would love to visit again if I visit Philly again.

Lidiya is an amazing host. easily reachable, helpful. Room #3 can be very cold in the winter as it is partially connectedto central heating.. But Lidiya provides an electric heater which makes it adequately warm. The house is in a great location. My stay was comfortable. The kitchen has pots and pans, 2 fridges to keep food in, microwave, coffee maker, water boiler. I had no major problems on my stay.
