Heather was very friendly & responsive. The house is just lovely. It’s the best house of all the houses on the street given it is at the end & views of nature abound from every window. Though we never ended up needing it, Heather helped us to find the super charger at eagle crest. Getting in the house was so easy. The kitchen is well stocked with oils, spices & dishes. We mainly went to climb at smith but my kids also had fun in the indoor pool.

Our stay at eagle crest was fantastic and I would't hesitate to recommend a large party to stay there. We went when there was a foot of snow, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The appliances are great, the cabin was warm and comfortable, and the host communicated very well with us. We did have two problems with the amenities though. 1: The Hot Tub was not private like I thought, was located about a mile away from our cabin, and to top it all off it was closed while we were there. That was very disappointing for my group. 2: They provided only 6 passes to their sports center, but the cabin accommodates a maximum of 7. It just seems weird to have a space for 7 people but not have 7 passes. All in all, despite these issues, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend for a comfortable and private stay with a big group.

We used this as a holiday get away with my family and our pets - it was the perfect area. Short drive from Sisters and Bend, but also secluded enough where we would look outside and see a flock of quail multiple times a day and other wildlife on the putting green! We stayed in for a lot of our meals and cooked a lot, and it was great. The downstairs shower was a little difficult as the water came out of the shower head awkwardly which was difficult for me with thick hair but not the rest of my family. Would definitely stay again!
