We had an incredible weekend at Jason’s place—even with 7 adults and a dog stuck indoors in the rain! The main house was spacious and comfy, the covered veranda had heat lamps that made it possible to grill despite a chilly evening, and the rec room had so many different games and activities that we didn’t even have time to miss the sun. Jason is super responsive and helpful, we were able to pay for late check out and make the most of a few extra hours of a sunny morning to kayak and canoe on the gorgeous lake. The house is full of amazing amenities that we didn’t even know we wanted until we saw them (for example, a waffle maker, heated bathroom floors, and wireless phone chargers in every room). Our weekend here was far too short and we wished we never had to leave!
Great guy and well taken care of location
We had four fourteen year old boys, a rather large golden retriever, a daughter, my wife and myself. An incredible stay! The boys had more things to do than any of us would have imagined. Jason, Thank you!
Jason's place was clean and super well equipped with tons of fun games and activities. We were three adults and five young children- there were activities appropriate for every age! The setting is so nice on the lake! We had the opportunity to meet Jason during our stay which was great - he could show us how the small motor boat worked, show us the stream for the lazy river activities, etc. Overall we had a really nice stay.
10 friends gathered and had a great time at this location. The lake and rec room were especially great!

I've always had a great passion for hospitality and was truly inspired by backcountry ski lodges and wellness centers around the world. With all this inspiration, I was on a mission to find my own little piece of heaven on earth; and blessed to have found Highland Lake Estate!
