A fantastic house to stay in for our first trip to Margate - really nicely decorated and comfortable - and a great location for exploring the delights of Margate. We absolutely fell in love with Margate and plan to return soon.

Good location as a short walk to the beach and old town. However, we did find the house to be quite dirty with unknown hairs found in the beds and dirty kitchen utensils/plates/glasses/cutlery. We also noticed quite a few cobwebs on the walls around the house. It definitely feels like it needs a deep clean and a bit of TLC as the walls and floors are very scuffed and stained. Aside from that communication from the owners was good and the house is in a good location to walk to various points of interest in Margate.

Had a great girls weekend in Margate. The house is just a short distance from the old town and beach, so it was easy to explore. The house had three good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, a decent shower and a nice garden (although we didn’t get to use this because of the rain), a good sound system and the honesty bar was a nice touch. Laura and Simon were really responsive to any questions too - thanks!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Simon and Laura were super helpful with their instructions and support. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachside gate-away!
