The suites at 249 are in a great location with lots to do! We stayed in the Sole suite and were able to walk to dinner and breakfast the next morning. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! We can’t wait to come back.

Chic upscale room close to breweries, restaurants, cafes and shops in the heart of bucolic Culpepper. We were just passing through and the town was a real highlight on our trip.

The reserved parking is inaccurate. The parking in the back was unmarked, very tight and always full. Never once did we have the opportunity to park in the “ reserved spaces.” Very clean. Excellent location,

Stayed her for a girls’ weekend. The location was great. Close to food and shopping. The room was comfortable and spacious. The host was super communicative and accommodating.

This was a great room and location for browsing downtown Culpepper. Our room absolutely reeked of pine sol when we got there and still did after a couple hours of airing it out with the door and windows open. Put a damper on a beautiful room! The only other downside was that the fridge didn’t work. Even so we would likely stay here again!
