Sanjiv and his staff were very helpful and proactive in securing my stays at his properties. Sanjiv’s properties and services were similar to a five star hotel. Check in was easy and the properties were well cared for and spotless. When looking to stay in the area I don’t hesitate to secure a stay at one of his properties.

Great location, clean, comfortable (great bed!), well equipped. it does get loud with the cobble stone our front, but we knew this going into things, and it was fine with earplugs. For a clean comfortable place to stay in a nice part of town, it was well worth it!

We had a great time at Sanjiv’s property in Chesnut Hill! Location was ideal, good parking, comfortable amenities & responsive hosts. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to friends also. Thanks!

This was a perfect place to stay to be right in the heart of chestnut hill! The apartment was very comfortable and quite lovely. It is right across the street from the train station and right across the street from the bus depot. You can’t get much more convenient than that but if you’re sensitive to sound, it may be a little bit loud. I always enjoy the sound of the city as it wakes up in the morning.
