Even 2 baby beds provided. The apartment is circa 60 m2 and consists of an entrance with a small wardrobe and place for shoes and hanging clothes. The living room is with a kitchen box, refrigerator, microwave oven and everything needed for cooking, plates, glasses, knifes and forks, pans and pots. A top quality air conditioner in the bedroom. Tv with hundreds of channels on different languages, high speed internet. Own boiler for hot water, washing machine. Towels and shampoos, bed clothes - everything is on the premises. Check in will be arranged locally. Free parking spot.

Spent 4 weeks enjoying this perfectly located accomodation, kitchen equipped with every utensil. White goods and work space all up to scratch, plus friendly bar staff over road who assist with the included parking spot. Beautiful beach right over the road, and perfect distance from Main Street, but away from most traffic noise. Nikolo and friends ensured any issues were resolved immediately and to the highest standard, would sincerely recommend this property for young families, couples or even solo travellers. Can’t beat this Airbnb in Primorsko!
This is our second stay at Nokolo’s place. The apartment is sparking clean, across the North beach (200m). the apartment has 2 terraces and in it you can find everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and wi-fi at a high speed. Highly recommend it! The host made our stay perfect!
When we first stumbled upon this flat on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Nikolo is thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.

We really enjoyed our vacation. The apartment was amazing and the location is literally 5 mins away from everything: the beach, city center and the restaurants. Would totally love to stay there again!

The apartment has a sea vew, a few walking minutes from one of the largest beaches on the south coast of Bulgarias Black sea. 10 minutes walk from the centre of Primorsko - one of the best holiday places on the south coast. Aqua park and a couple of amusement parks on a walking distance.
Hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars and fast food places. Beach attractions, boat trips, etc. Another large beach 20 walking minutes away. If you have your own, or rental car, you can visit nearby cities with their own fantastic beaches.
Pharmacy nearby, hospital with ER. The apartment has two small balconies, big enough for two people having dinner. The building is situated on the walking path to the beach.
There are buses, which will get you to nearby cities, including Burgas, which is only 40 minutes away.

Hello, I and my wife Dona host this apartment, which we love very much. I am a musician and my wife is a TV journalist, hosting a talk show since many years. We like traveling, even though lately it is a bit difficult, because we got twin boys, at the moment they are 19 month old. We love good food and wine, cooking and spending time with good friends. We prefer spending our holidays at the seaside. We both speak Bulgarian, English and Swedish, I understand and speak some Russian. We are good communicators and spend a great deal of time on the social medias. We look forward to hosting you ;-)
