We thoroughly enjoyed our thanksgiving here. We cooked a fabulous dinner and had plenty of cookware and room. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Cornwall. The house was roomy, clean, comfortable, and inviting - comfortable beds and linens, well-stocked kitchen and beautifully decorated. The outdoor areas are amazing and perfect for enjoying the fall colors - the chairs and fire pit are fantastic additions. A favorite was the view of the mountains from the large window in the living area! The photos are accurate and hosts are helpful and welcoming. Very convenient to the nice town of Cornwall, restaurants, etc. which we enjoyed. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed Grant & Julia's place - it was very clean, and the amenities went over and above. We communicated our desire to bake cookies while in the area and there was a KitchenAid mixer available!! There was a BBQ grill and a fire pit and a bottle of wine and cookies as a welcome gift. The towels were laid out, the bathrooms were very clean and well setup. The view of the valley outside the living room window was breathtaking! The home offered us a comfortable base while visiting our cadet at Westpoint, and we really appreciated it!

Julia and Grant are extremely responsive and kind hosts - we received perfectly timed instructions ahead of check-in and checkout - it feels like they’ve anticipated everything. The location is convenient and a perfect distance from Manhattan (far enough to feel like a getaway; not so far so that you’re stuck in a car for half a day). A couple of highlights: extremely dog-friendly, well-equipped kitchen (we were a group of four and cooked all of our meals - we did bring some of our own equipment to supplement but the kitchen pretty much had everything), and a convenient drive from Beacon.
