This was a fantastic experience!!! Kate was great and reached out before check in and checked up at check out. Everything was how it was explained so we had no reason to reach out for anything. We were traveling with our 3 small children and this place was very child friendly!!! My boys loved the rooms and the toys!!! I would definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious and allowed for our family to sprawl out! The sunroom was especially nice for watching our Saturday college football games! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities! Kate was very responsive! We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a spacious home in a quiet neighborhood!

Nice place for a family weekend with cousins. The kids enjoyed the playthings and yard, parents appreciated the wonderful sitting porch to talk while keeping an eye on the little ones. A welcoming and relaxing home.

Lovely little neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful - 15 minutes from the Sloss Furnace site. Easy to navigate and great little local places 5 minutes from the house. Kate's home is great for folks to stay - lots to do in the house as well as ease of going to the sites around. This was a fantastic stay for the weekend and I will definitely stay again next year if I decide to go to Furnace Fest again - thanks Kate!

Very spacious and comfortable place in a peaceful neighborhood with many restaurants and shops within an easy 10 minute drive. Weather was mild and it was nice to sit on the screened in porch in the back and relax. Fit our needs perfectly.
