House was amazing. Check in and communications perfect. Only thing I wish to say is that I would have like a heads up on the leaving instructions. I would suggest to include them with the other information at the beginning as for a big group I wasn't expecting to have to take care of the bins on the last day as well. We would have done that day by day. Other than that we were so happy. The space amazing the house well kept and clean. All the necessary at hand. Thank you Steve!

We had a great stay in Batheaston, perfectly sized space for 7 of us a private garden and just over the road to a beautiful walk down the canal/river to some wonderful pubs and a lovely walk into Bath. Will be back!

It was a great place, easy to find and easy to get into town. Comfortable, felt like a home, good size kitchen and good dinning table. Really enjoyed our stay.
