This home is the perfect getaway on the water. It features a flat shoreline with a sandy bottom. There are shared paddleboards and kayaks with the property next door. There is a golf course located across the road from the property, which has golf, pickleball, and other activities to enjoy. The home is currently being remodeled, and we will be getting new pictures as soon as it is finished (Updated floors, cabinets, bar room, and bathroom). Upon entering the home, you will find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a beautiful fireplace that seperates the living areas and dining room. The living area and master bedroom feature large windows that provide a wonderful view of the lake. The downstairs is highlighted by a bar/entertaining room, a living area equipped with a fooseball table, Roku TV's and board games are also available for guest use. This property was beautiful, quiet, large and roomy and comfortable. Our stay was just what we were hoping for. It accommodated three generations perfectly. We really wanted a quiet lake experience with an exceptional beach. We got it - all while also getting a lovely home that fit the needs of all guests. It was a bit over our price range but worth every penny. We hope to return for another stay next summer.
We had three children under 10 with us. This house was perfect! We had room both inside and outside to spread out and play. The sand beach was a great. The sandy bottom and shallow water were perfect for little kids. We all spent a lot of time in the water. The house was clean and easy to find.
Our stay was great and really enjoyed our time at Adams place. House was perfect for our needs and loved the large sandy weed free beach. Nice flat yard which was great for our badminton net and other games. Lake is large with very little boat traffic when we were there. Host was very responsive and we had no issues. Already planning our next trip
Adam is a very responsive host ! And his place is beautiful, awesome, lovely! so many great spaces in the house/ deck to “sprawl out” or spaces to all be together. Bedrooms are great! The backyard lawn is great for games, the samdy beach, dock, for water fun and the fire pit for the evening hours. The location is perfect—an easy bike ride downtown/ parks in town. 10/10 rating…an amazing place !
We loved the Sandy beach for the kids to play in the water because we went with a 1, 2, and 3 year old. I loved that they had kayaks and paddle boards there and we used the fire pit. The view is beautiful. Half us had bad allergies being in the basement so I’m not sure if they had cats down there or mold or something but we had to avoid the basement. There were a lot of unfinished parts to the renovation and there weren’t any extra blankets. I wished they had a pack n play and high chair for kids but I understand because it’s not that common for people to have. We noticed the front lawn is covered in ant hills but the back is really safe for kids. We loved the shade too. Overall my complaints are pretty minor and we had a great time. I’d say it’s pretty kid-friendly. We liked being close to a Walmart in case we forgot anything.
