The apartment has 3 confortable bedrooms, a big living-room, a kitchen and a bathroom, all fully-equiped and ready to make you feel like home! The place is located in a neighbourhood full of restaurants, bars, sports centres and a public swimmingpool. There are 2 metro stations at 10 minutes walking and you can reach downtown Madrid in less than 20 minutes by metro, or less than 15min using car/moto-sharing public vehicles. I live with 2 cats. They really like people, nothing to worry about! The apartment has 3 bedrooms: a double-bedroom and two single-bedrooms. Each of them is fully equiped with a bed, lamps, a wardrobe (or closet), a desk and a confortable chair. We will be sharing the living-room, the bathroom and the kitchen, equally full equiped! There are 3 sofas, a dinning table and four chairs in the living-room, as well as several lamps, a television, a music tower and the wifi router. The kitchen has a fridge, an induction plate and a microwaves, as well as cutlery, plates and cooking stuff, all available to you! There is also a washing machine that you could use in case you need it, but my only request is that you provide the soap :)
