The pictures and descriptions are so misleading. The host has mistepresented almost everything. This is a "bait and switch" with a non-refundable policy. Beware. "cabins" are actually units in apartment buildings. Not "entire space", as described in listing. Advertised "luxury suites" are very sparsely furnished units. Arrived to find room dirty, trash, feces in toilet. "contactless" check in means do it yourself, figure it out on your own with only skeleton crew of staff on site. Read all the reviews before booking. Seems there is no consistency with availability of advertised ammeneties, guest service, management. In my opinion, as an air bnb host myself, there is no real care here about providing a consistently very positive guest experience or understanding about what it means to be in the hospitality business.

We enjoyed our visit to Hendersonville and Skylarana. It will soon be a very nice place to stay, however it is not quite finished with construction and the pool/hot tub didn’t seem to be available (as the gate was locked). Although Kevin did tell me before we arrived that the restaurant would not be open during our visit, we would have enjoyed trying it. The listing mentioned breakfast would be provided, but we didn’t see anything about that during our stay. Perhaps some things should not yet be included in the listing description or the price until they are completed. Also, if it matters to your situation, there are stairs to the upper floors (3&4) but we did not see an elevator… just fyi.
