House is as described with a beautiful view. It was on a hill so the beach was a bit of a walk. The beds were comfortable, separate bathrooms for were great! There were some snacks in the fridge on arrival. The check in and check out went smoothly. Be aware the main door can not be opened without a key even if it is not locked, so if you leave the key in the house with nobody in and the door closes accidentally, you will need to contact the Owner to open it for you. Unfortunately there was no water for a day because a water pump broke. The Owner was very responsive and tried to solve it as fast as possible but it took around a whole day and that was very inconvenient. One of the coffee machines broke aswell, that did not get replaced, so the ones that lived on the upper level had to go down to the lower lever to make coffee. If you like to sleep with your windows open be aware that 2 roosters next door start to crow around 5 AM. There are some sheep aswell, that can have a smell.
We loved every minute at this venue! The views are amazing and the house is very spacious.

We had the most incredible time at Villa Faiax! The location is stunning; the views from the villa are beautiful and the villa itself is really modern and so spacious. There is a gorgeous greek restaurant just across the road and a lovely 15 minute walk down to the local town and beach. Panayiotis & Mina were the perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. They were extremely responsive at all hours of the day and were really helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back :)
The views from this villa are jaw-dropping - the pictures do not do it justice. The hosts were very friendly and the villa was well-kept. 10/10 would recommend.
