You won't find two better hosts in all of Europe than Ed and Victoria - they really could not be nicer and kinder. It is just as pictured - the check in and out was flexible and easy, you have all you need in this comfortable apartment and everything is squeaky clean. The internet is very fast, the cooking facilities excellent, the area is super convenient, the bedroom at the back is peaceful, and the road at the front is mostly quiet and behind thick glazing so won't disturb you. But the cherry on top is your hosts who service the place every week, who are always responsive, and who are real human beings doing their best to give you a great experience, rather than some faceless management team. It's 5 stars all round!

I have loved staying in this airbnb, it’s very cosy, warm and clean, it has everything you need for a long or short stay. The apartment is located on a quiet road in Hastings town making it very convenient, it’s near shops, supermarkets, all public transport (2 minutes walk from railway) The hosts Ed & Victoria have made our stay even better they are super lovely people and make you feel very welcome. Nice location near Hastings Station and the middle of town. Apartment was comfortable and easy to use, maybe some easy instructions for the hob might be useful but I managed to tame it. Victoria and Ed were very helpful - would definitely recommend

It was not holiday trip, but I felt like I was on holiday. Very near to the beaches and old town. Many stores and restaurants also available. Very near to the railway station, main bus stop and another bus stop nearby (Bus 100). Wifi was good. It was a quite satisfactory and relaxing place to stay. I would like to thank Victoria. When it comes to the surrounding, I did not know seagulls could make such a variety of sounds before :) Beware of the seagulls, they can steal your food if eating outside :)

Ed y Victoria son completamente encantadores. Me han ayudado en todo durante mi estancia de 2 meses. El apartamento está genial, igual que en las fotos. Ideal para una pareja o una persona sola de larga estancia. Estuve trabajando en remoto desde allí y el wifi iba perfecto. Me he sentido como en casa. Recomendable al 100%. Si vuelvo a Hastings repetiré sin dudarlo!!
