Escape work and city life by staying in our older but clean and comfortable RV. Start a peaceful, relaxing morning by sipping coffee in the beautiful wilderness. RV has a queen bed and small love seat for sleeping. It has Roku tv and good WiFi. Kitchen area has table, small refrigerator, three burner stove, microwave and coffee bar. Unwind with a hot shower after savoring a glass of wine or hot chocolate and exchanging stories around the fire pit under the stars. Clamping Texas style! RV parked in the country nestled under beautiful pecan trees next to our barn. Location is 4 1/2 miles to Brazos River and less than 10 miles to Rochelle’s Canoe and kayak rental and 14 miles to Rocker B ranch. Short drive to Lake Palo Pinto, Lake Mineral Wells or Possum Kingdom lake. Fenced yard mostly surrounds the RV. Enjoy a campfire under the stars. Fire wood is furnished. Grill outside on the grill (please bring charcoal) or cook inside in the mostly fully furnished kitchen which includes cookware, dishes, cups, glasses and various utensils. Our guidebook provides a list of 30 things to do or see with a 25 mile radius of the RV.

Fern and Danny were amazing hosts, they were very receptive and helpful for whatever we needed. The place fit us perfectly for our stay. We felt very safe and comfortable there. If we ever are in the area we will definitely stay there again.
Had an amazing stay. Very peaceful location. Everything you need in a stay. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to any messages.
I enjoyed staying in Fern and Danny’s Airbnb. It is a small cozy camper with most necessities you will need. They have excellent communication and even better problem solving skills. The power did go out during my stay and Danny and Fern were quick to respond to my messages and help get the power turned back on quickly and come up with a permanent solution so that it wouldn’t happen again during my stay. They are welcoming and kind hosts and the camper is quite comfortable.
What a great host it we had extremely hot weather and she checked in on me during my stay. The RV had everything you could need. Very convent to PK and Mineral wells. Stunning landscape very relaxing. Great host and experience highly recommend!!

Rv located in the country on a dead end, private road. Barn located on East side of rv and residential house on West of the rv. Expect to see some wildlife including birds, deer, squirrels, rabbits and occasionally an armadillo, fox or roadrunner. You will be 4 minutes from Palo Pinto Court House, 5 minutes from the the Brazos River, 6 minutes to the hospital, 8 minutes to Mineral Wells, 16 minutes to Rocker B Ranch, 20 minutes to Palo Pinto Lake and 25 minutes to PK lake.
We are located in the country so come by car and enjoy free parking.

Hi I am Fern. I worked as a teacher, county commissioner and driving safety course provider. I am now retired and enjoy remodeling houses which is what made me decide to become an Airbnb hostess. My hobbies including gardening, traveling, reading, cooking and playing cards. My husband, Danny, is a retired banker. He loves animals and enjoys traveling and old west history. His hobbies include writing, antiquing, reading and playing cards. Our 13 grandchildren brings lots of joy and sparks into our life. We love life and enjoy meeting new people.
