The property is beautiful and as described -modern finish, bright colours and very comfy. Flexible checkin/out time available - thank you Gail. Location is great with a baby if you have a car. Very short drive to central margate/broadstairs/ramsgate. Walk probably 30min. 2min walk from palm bay beach - a tiny and secluded beach. Much preferred botany bay/viking bay. Property has plenty of amenities as described. We were surprised by the extensive spices collection. Black bin bags were missing but tesco was a short walk away. Garden is beautiful and hammock is a nice addition. Beach chairs and blankets very handy. Rooms are spacious. 2 rooms have single beds (one separated, one combined), 1 is king bed and 1 is bunk bed which is surprisingly comfy. Bathroom has toilet rolls but handwash was empty in 2 of them. Bring your own bodywash/shampoo. Infant cot too low and no bedsheet provided. Baby bath available but needs clean. I couldnt find travel cot. Overall great stay!!

La maison est super, spacieuse, et très bien garnie : nourriture de base, livres (quelle bibliothèque intéressante !), papier toilette, savon, vaisselle, casseroles.. Tout le matériel nécessaire pour séjourner à 8 de manière très confortable. On se croirait dans une maison de famille, tellement tous les détails sont pensés pour vivre avec tout le confort de la maison. Mais avec des prestations hôtelières, serviettes blanches et plusieurs salles de bain. Nous avons apprécié les prises usb dans toutes les pièces, pour pouvoir charger nos téléphones sans adaptateur. Nous avons aimé le quartier tranquille, la plage, non loin des commerces. La zone de Margate est formidable pour des vacances en famille, avec une mention spéciale pour The Home Front Tea Room à Ramsgate. Les ados ont apprécié les salles de jeux sur le front de mer. Nous avons adoré, Gail est une hôte parfaite, très gentille et réactive, elle a répondu en quelques minutes à toutes nos questions. Je recommande chaudement !
