Such a great place to stay! It had plenty of space and was well stocked.

The cabin is very spacious, located in the beautiful white mountains of Arizona. That being said the cabin is in need of some repairs and could use some updates of the kitchen. we did encounter a broken door in the upstairs closet/bathroom area. The shower upstairs leaks water near the kitchen area. there was a door with a hole in one of the bedrooms downstairs with crayons scribbled. if we had to guess a young child might not have been satisfied with his or her sleeping arrangements prior to our stay! The windows could use a good cleaning as well as the corners of the inside of the cabin with spider webbing throughout. this property does have potential and it did satisfy our overall needs. we hope to see improvements for a future reservation.

Very cool place with an amazing deck and lots of privacy. The house has a great layout, however it is in need of some TLC. Nothing major but the house had a few broken interior doors, some windows that don't open/close all the way, a broken toilet seat and lots of cobwebs. All these small things add up to a neglected overall vibe, but this place could easily be fixed up. Even with the small issues here and there, we still very much enjoyed our stay. Driveway was fine for our truck and awd suv, but a smaller passenger car might struggle a bit, especially in the winter. Very cool log cabin overall

The cabin is in a great location and has a nice, private deck with good views. Instructions make the place easy to find. The interior of the cabin is a little odd - parts of it are recently renovated and are nice and cozy, while other parts need to be repaired or updated. The lighting throughout seemed fairly dim and the heating was not very effective (or we could not figure out how to use it properly). The downstairs chimney was a little confusing. It was blocked off by a board, but is apparently usable. Be sure to bring your own firewood though. On our second day of the stay, when walking around upstairs, a lot of rodent poop fell from the ceiling. Credit to the hosts for taking care of us after this and allowing us to end our stay early. With a deep clean, some pest control, and a few updates, this cabin would be great!

This home is in need of major repair and upgrades. Electrical duplex's need replacement and missing covers on junction boxes. The fire-pit was full of ash and the area surrounding the fire-pit was overgrown and scattered with tree stumps. Upstairs bedroom smelled of dog urine and the mattresses were uncomfortable and the bed frames squeaked.The deck had several raised boards causing trip hazards that my grandchildren tripped over. Railings around the deck had missing post covers with sharp edges. The deck was huge and is a nice area with a great view. The two barbecues on the deck were dirty and there was an empty gas bottle there covered on grease.The floor sink in when you walk on them in several spaces including the upstairs shower. The driveway is rocky and uneven and needs to be leveled. Overall outside needs to be trimmed and maintained. Overall this is a big house that needs to be upgraded and maintained, Not recommended for children. Too many hazards.
