satisfaites du logement; de sa propreté et de sa fonctionnalité; par contre le processus d accueil qui oblige à s enregistrer sur une application avant de partir puis à passer par une agence pour obtenir une clé par telephone mobile qui ne fonctionne pas toujours est long et compliqué. arrivés à 8h du matin à l aéroport et 16h à l appartement, notre première journée de visite a été perdue....

The apartment was very nice, spotless, recently refurbished, and in a great location close to the city center. However, the booking process was not very transparent, the price advertised in Airbnb did not comprise the tourist tax, which needed to be paid through an external application. There are additional charges if you do not get the trash out or if you hang clothes in the balcony. This information is only available in the accommodation instructions that no one reads except to get the password for the WiFi. Communication with the agency and the check in process were not easy. An app needs to be downloaded by all the guests for the check in to get an electronic key. In the end, after several calls to complete the check in before arrival (even after we completed it), we had to make some more calls to finally get a physical key, and we had to wait at the door of the apartment at night to get it. In general, I think the apartment was nice and conveniently located, but a bit pricey for the quality of the service and the communication.
