I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve stayed in a LOT of Airbnbs and this is truly one of the best. The location is fantastic (not too many steps for a start and as a solo female, I always felt safe!), the view is gorgeous, the apartment is stylish yet comfortable and the host was all you could ask for. Sitting on the balcony with a beer in hand, watching the sunset glow on the Old Town will stay a forever memory. I rarely return to airbnbs or hotels more than once, instead selecting to try something new, but if ever I return to Dubrovnik I will time it around being able to stay here. Absolutely loved it.

We loved staying here. The apartment looks over the Pile Gate . While there are some stairs the apartment by Dubrovnik standards the stairs were very manageable. The apartment worked well for two single adults with a very comfortable fold out sofa . Communication was easy and helpful. I would highly recommend this Airbnb .

Mateo went out of his way to meet me for check in at a late hour and allowed me to amend my scheduled departure. He checked on me after the first night and was super kind. I've already recommended this place for friends.

The apartment is in the ideal location, just outside the Pile Gate. You have the convenience of being in the Old Town without the busyness and hassles of staying within the walls. From the first contact, Mateo and his team were super responsive, helpful and made great suggestions. The apartment was very clean and well provisioned. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location for exploring Dubrovnik. Right outside of Pile Gate, it’s better than inside Old Town itself. Very nicely decorated apartment and great host. We had an amazing time and looking forward to visiting again.
