The Host was very friendly and helpful, he even opened the swimming pool for us before the advertised season started. The house is well equipped with everything required for comfortable living. Location is very good – we like Marmaris more compared to Fethiye – it’s more quiet and closer to the mountains for wonderful walks. The Bozburun peninsula is within just over an hour's drive with a beautiful coastal path and tranquil turquoise coves. The only minor drawback is that the property was listed as one with 4 bathrooms – in fact, there are 3 bathrooms and one toilet (without shower) – it was unexpected and slightly inconvenient for a group of 8. Overall, we were happy to stay at the Lorens place; thank you very much.

I arrived earlier than expected and the owner of the house agreed to let us in earlier, which was very kind. He sent me a message on the morning of check in but due to not having Turkish data I didn’t receive it. The house was clean on arrival and had everything we needed throughout our trip. We received a list of house rules once we had checked in. The rules where pretty standard and things we would have done anyway except for no shoes on the house, for my husband who has pins in his foot without shoes on it was very difficult and uncomfortable for him. As it was wooden floor I felt we could have mopped before leaving. Maybe adding house rules to your listing would help people know before booking what they can and can’t expect. We had to give a copy of our passports which I was happy to do and I believe you have to in Turkey but I would have rather known in advance. Also felt a little awkward when an owner turned up unannounced.

Starting from the first message to leaving Lorens place, everything was awesome !! We have reach their home by driving and visit all around of the city by car. Although i have no experience going around by walk, i can say their place is max 10 minutes away from anywhere in city by car. Bedrooms, toilets, furniture and even grilling, pool, garden side was quite clean and tidy. I strongly suggest everyone to stay at Lorens place.
