We stayed at Chanel’s place for over a month. We originally booked for just a month but ended up extending which Chanel was very accommodating of! We loved our stay. The location was great, and the place was spacious and felt very cozy! Chanel is very responsive and super friendly, we had no issues the entire stay. We would for sure come back!

As a healthcare traveler, it was really hard to locate affordable housing in Columbus. I don't know why the price gouging is the way that it is there. I did not feel comfortable in the home in my first week. I reached out to the owner and made them aware of my concerns; it is not a two bedroom as listed. One bedroom does not have a door, so it lacks privacy. The other bedroom did not have a bed. I would request the sizing of each room before booking. The kitchen lacked silverware and coffee cups. I mentioned that to the owner and ended up purchasing my own dishes. The bedding supplied kept separating; I also purchased my own while staying there. My car was broken into and while this home and the home across the street has cameras, the police did not follow through on the police report. My home meal delivery was stolen from the front porch. The home felt uncomfortable as stated above; as if someone was in the home or a presence was there. I reported that there are footsteps heard from the attic area, even when the duplex next door is not occupied, on October 10. The attic was checked on October 25; at least it was empty. The second story windows do not lock and one weekend when I was not there, I returned to the window being open. The home is three levels with the laundry in the basement. The garbage cans are easily accessible from the front door; yet that also means to other people in the community. Many times, I went to use the garbage cans and they were already full from other people using them. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay here. I would recommend that renters visit the home to make sure they will be happy with it.

This is such a great find. It is in a very cute neighborhood that is super walkable. We were there for an extended stay with our dogs and the backyard was just perfect for them. The house was very comfortable - a real home away from home.

Chanel’s space was 5 stars for value. We stayed in this space for 37 days! While we had some questions and issues pop up, they honestly were minor and to be expected over and extended stay. Chanel responded quickly and solved problems fast. As an example, the unit was not as clean as expected and as soon as I mentioned it to Chanel she offered to have it cleaned again or to reimburse me for cost of a cleaning to get it to their normal standard of cleanliness. She really went above and beyond. I asked about a vacuum for the space and she bought one to be there for me before I arrived! The neighbors were great. This part of Columbus is close to everything. There was two of us and we both worked on the WiFi almost everyday all day and it worked well. The value for what you get is impossible to find in Columbus for a long stay at the price. Really appreciate it.
