We needed a place to stay for one night whilst working in Southampton and Tom’s place was perfect for our needs, even though we weren’t there very long. It was enough for what we wanted from it and even provided breakfast foods for our use! Everything about check in and information was accurate and Tom was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and providing a good rate. Would happily use again if needed. If you need a full kitchen this isn’t suitable, but the amenities were enough for us for a night. It was warm and comfortable and it has a good shower.

Very responsive host who accommodated our early check in request. Provides lots of useful information about the area with food, shopping and entertainment suggestions. The place itself is clean, tidy, breakfast provided (help yourself cereals toast etc) fresh milk in the fridge with ample tea and coffee. Can’t thank Tom enough for a great stay!

Second time staying. Wonderful place. Great host. Tom is responses straight away to any questions. The accommodation is lovely. Will definitely be returning.
