We came for the Quilt Week and drove to Paducah each day which is an easy half hour drive away. Back at the house, we enjoyed our evenings on the spacious deck which faces the woods and a little stream. It was very peaceful. On Saturday there was a boat show at the marina and we ate outside at Ralph’s Harbourview Bar & Grill, great food and a friendly atmosphere, less than two minutes from the house. We had the entire main floor of the house to ourselves. Everything was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the living room with a large island where we ate. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the two additional bedrooms share a bathroom, both with walk-in showers. All in all we had a great stay at Sabrina’s place and would definitely rent it again.

We had a great stay. The house is in a prime location to visit Kentucky lake. It is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Sabrina went above and beyond to provide a very nice mini vacation for our family of four. We especially enjoyed a day out on the lake in Sabrina's pontoon boat. We appreciated being provided with a golf cart to explore the area and travel back and forth to the marina. We also enjoyed exploring the local community which offered some fun stuff for our boys, including a go cart track, as well as outdoor markets and some good antique shopping. We hope to visit again soon!

Sabrina was welcoming and friendly. The house is great! It had everything we needed to cook, clean up, shower. (We brought too much) Sabrina has thought of everything. The house is comfortable, clean and if you're lucky Little Man the dog will come hangout with you! He was the best host ever!

Our stay, was absolutely amazing! The house was just as described, everything around was conveniently located and easy to get to, and Sabrina was very responsive and helpful. Her guidebook was a huge help on local suggestions! Checkin was so simple with just using a door code to let ourselves in. We loved using the golf-cart to access the lake. And the deck… We lived on the deck! It was so peaceful and quiet! We loved using the grill provided that was on the deck, which allowed us to make dinner while visiting with friends and family! We will definitely be staying at Sabrina’s property again! I have only positive things to say about her as a host and her home!
