The place is quite comfortable and feels like home. The down side was the beds in the rooms are very small and not strong. Also the cleaning was not thoroughly done as stains on the sofas were quite visible.

Excellent host, who had great communications, property was as good has, if not better than described. Great location, all in all a very positive stay and will definitely book again when needed.

I had booked this wonderful apartment for international artists who stayed for 2 weeks. They enjoyed their stay while they were on concert for most of the weekends while they were in the UK. Kaz was an amazing host, very quick in responding, instructions provided to us were all crisp and clear and Kaz made sure we had everything we wanted.

Unfortunately the place was not good at all. The garden had been left for 6+months without being cut with grass the height of me and empty beer bottles left on the table. The inside was unclean, with spiders and cobwebs in most corners of the house. Worst of all, the heating was on full heat, making the house a hot box. All thermostats had dead batteries so we had to wait until the next day for someone to come and sort. Not ideal at all when you have a sick baby with a high temperature. No double bed in main room, all single beds. All kitchen pans full of dirt and all cups unusable with the lack of cleanliness. Host did come over the following day to clean and sort the heating and grass. However after one night in the house in a state, we didn’t feel very comfortable at all. Definitely over priced and would not recommend!
