We found Lina and Joaquin very accommodating hosts. The apartment is in a very quiet street but in a very busy area with great restaurants and bars.There are 2 metro stations close by which we used. The apartment was as per the description and photos provided. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely use it again.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 3 months and the location was excellent being so close to Gran Via & Plaza España. So many great restaurants nearby. The apartment is very spacious and has very modern decoration. The internet was fast and reliable for working remotely and had a great office desk area. The bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows and we loved the large closet space. The kitchen had all the essentials which we utilized a lot. We did have some plumbing issues twice but Lina and her husband were very responsive and got the issues resolved in a timely manner. The brick wall in the bedroom along the stair was not in good condition and lots of pieces of mortar and dirt would constantly fall from the wall so it was a little difficult to keep that area clean. The apartment is a little darker than shown in the photos but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
