Alice's place is beautiful. Being close to downtown Palm Springs is a big plus. Everything is neat and organized. Instructions were very clear.

The house was distressed, not taken care of, dishwasher was dirty and smelled like sewage, kitchen did not have proper cookware. The one single pan that the kitchen had was scratched and unsafe for use. The showers were run down, and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathrooms. Back yard could have been better managed and cleaned. Extremely uncomfortable beds that squeaked with every move. There were no napkins or tissue in the house. Overall, not a good experience and not worth the pay.

A great spot for our girls weekend trip! Large welcoming space, plenty of beds and bathrooms and great outdoor space for catching up and relaxing with friends. The only feedback is the house is a little dated and could use screens in the windows (as gets a little stuffy a night) or ceiling fans, other than that great option for being close to town but still having a quiet place to chill outside of all the action of Palm Springs.

everything was great! the only thing about the place was cleanliness. everything seemed clean but two of the small restrooms were dusty. And they didn't have enough amenities like shampoos. we had only 1 bottle of 5 in one shampoo to share between 9 of us. other than that, everything else was great
