We were happy but there is lots of room for improvements: The finca is beautiful, the view incredible and the 2 helpers (Daniel and Luisa) are attentive and kind and there when you need them. BUT: Careful! The roofs are NOT waterproof. When it rains a little, water is dripping from the ceiling, when it rains a lot also a lot of water is coming down in most of the bedrooms. I was in the main bedroom (alcoba principal) and water dropped into the bed at some point and on the desk with all my important materials. The host seemed to know about the problem since the TV and his electronics were covered with bags but didn’t bother to let us know. They said the roof was fixed a week before our arrival. Now my laptop is broken, and my books are wet. The host does not agree paying for the repair. Instead I was told I shouldn’t have left the window open (The ones close to the desk are screwed, so you cannot even open them and the other ones don’t have mosquito nets so we wouldn’t even think about having one open in this mosquito heaven) This is totally unacceptable, since the laptop is worth 3 times the money than what I payed for staying there. The pool is big and natural but a little filthy. The ground is slippery and after walking through our feet were very dirty. We spend most of our time on floats on the water instead of swimming in there. There is lots of frog spawn on the sides The beds are comfortable but when it rains get ready to get wet. The outside kitchen is beautiful and the house is surrounded by beautiful plants and trees.Our dog was so happy being there. Communication was good Beautiful fincas around with cacao farms and more Way to the finca was not well described. They need to take pictures of the road and crucial points so you are sure how to reach the place instead of hoping to get signal and calling There is lots of room for improvement The oven didn’t work and they only realised when we wanted to cook with it. There are only 2 gas stoves because the others were broken, too. Not much space for your food or kitchen utensils apart from a fridge (no cupboards or alike) The wifi, as you expect in rural places is slow and breaks up here and there. We came there to work remotely but it didn’t work well, so we left earlier than what we booked and payed for. Beautiful nature but when looking around you find lots of rubbish and plastic in the surrounding. We saw lots of spiders and snakes at the pool, so be careful with your children/pets

Hermoso lugar. Hermosa vista. Atardeceres espectaculares. Calor en el día y fresco en la noche. Tranquilidad, sin ruido, excelente descanso. Buena dotación de cocina. Disfrute de la piscina en el día y en la noche. Lleve repelente para mosquitos. Equipada la casa para un buen fin de semana familiar. Recomendado.

La vista es increíble, pudimos ver los nevados y vale la pena solo por eso! Si es aislada pero la atención fue muy buena y nos ayudaron a conseguir todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy agradable la estadía en general. Tener en consideración que la electricidad tiene bajones y esto puede causar inconveniente al cargar aparatos eléctricos. Y que sólo puedes subir con camioneta 4x4 , el señor David que nos ayudó con la subida muy amable y servicial a toda hora , gracias también al encargado Daniel y la señora Nubia por esos desayunos tan ricos !
