We only stayed one night, but I wish I'd gotten to stay longer to enjoy the cozy/relaxing setup. The beds were comfortable, the place was even better in person than the pictures, and it was really easy to check-in and check-out.

the small details were amazing. milk, bread, peanut butter, eggs ... all unopened. even quick necessities for babies, nursing mothers and pets. it was incredibly thoughtful. the place was huge with a huge yard and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I loved it!!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was great for the university..nice touch to have basic food necessities available. Henry was very quick to answer queries and helpful.

Perfect place to stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting SYR. Spacious, cozy house with everything you could possibly need. We arrived to a kitchen filled with the staples, a huge and welcomed surprise when we arrived later than anticipated and unable to run to the grocery store. Area was peaceful and quiet but had everything we needed within 10-15 minute drive. Wonderful weekend to get our daughter off campus and experience a bit of home. Henry was a friendly and helpful host, quick to reply and provide assistance if necessary. Definitely will book again.

Super positive things to say about making us feel welcomed at check-in (including shoveling the driveway the day it snowed, buying milk and eggs, and being very accommodating around a flexible check-in time). We found Henry and team to be very responsive with issues that came up. And when we wanted to extend our stay, we were supported in doing so.
