The apartment is designed to provide you an isle of calm in the middle of the city. It was totally refurbished ; we have optimised the acoustic and thermic isolation to the maximum possible efficiency. All rooms has generous windows , crossed ventilation and fantastic views. No cameras in living areas. VUT40044AS The apartment is in a listed building of the thirties. Totally refurbished with attention of details and the best materials. The aesthetic is minimalistic but is fully equipped. The furniture and decoration is plenty of funny signs of our own passion for design and art. All the rooms are exterior. All windows are sound proof and double glazed. When you arrive at the right of the corridor are the rooms at the left the library ( not accessible) , the bathrooms and the super spacious kitchen-sinning room. At the end the living room with its stunning views.

The Penthouse exceeded our expectations. The location is the best. Across the street of the Renfe (train station) and very close the the bus station (ALSA). The apartment has all amenities mentioned in the description. Very confortable beds. Walking distance to the land marks and to the old town. Close to fantastic bars and restaurants. Ana Carmen recommended the restaurant Gloria and it was the best. Ana Carmen was an excellent host and very good to recommend restaurants and activities. We also met Mirabel and she was very nice. Highly recommend this apartment and can’t wait to come back. Also Ana Carmen went out of her way to stay in communication with us during our stay.

The San Francisco Park is 6 blocks from the house and if you are interesting in shopping the mayor offer in therms of variety and renowned establishments are just around you. ( Doctor Casal, Uria street, Salesas Commercial Centre, El Corte Inglés, CH Carolina Herrera , and many more!).
