Village Linardići is a small village on the western part of the island of Krk, located near the sea. Restaurant, shop/market and bar are in walking distance (less than 1km). The small local harbour and beaches are about 2km away from the property. The inhabitants of the village are mostly engaged in farming, fishing, and more recently in tourism and are very friendly and host-minded.

My name is Damir and I am the owner and host of Blue Sky Luxury Villa with pool. I have met a lot of great people from all over the world while working in tourism. Since I get a lot of reservations every day, I share my work with my partner agency so I can offer a better service to all my guests. They are a professional property management company helping me every day to manage my reservations. This local agency from Dubrovnik acts as a connection point, by both maximising the potential for the renters (myself) and carrying for guests along every step of the way. They started to work with friends and neighbours and with time, they saw an opportunity to create an agency. That way the renters and myself have more time to be at guests disposal in person. You will be meeting me at the property, I will give you the keys, while my partners from the agency communicate with my guests online. If you call our contact number you will reach their reservation department. They will help you with everything you might need. You don't have to worry, they will keep me informed about your arrival and needs, and I will be waiting for you at the accommodation to welcome you for a great start of your holidays :)
