We absolutely loved staying at Beau’s place! The cottage is a great ode to the Greenbrier and the location was perfectly in the heart of Union. We loved exploring the area including Beaverdam Falls. The waterfall is truly a magical oasis just 20 minutes away. Union was a great get away from the city and the cottage is extremely pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend and we hope to come back soon!

Charming cottage nestled between antique and shabby chic. Very comfortable and all the modern conveniences needed. Walkable to Main Street of Union where we found a town decorated in all the glory of Halloween and Harvest. We also had open access to Beaverdam Falls which is great for hiking (and so picturesque). Beau is also a great host. Would definitely recommend.

The house is as pictured and described. We were comfortable there. The falls were gorgeous and about an 18 minute drive away from the house. We enjoyed it all.

This as a charming, comfortable cottage that was perfect for me and my dog. I loved having a fenced yard for him. The historic house had everything I needed and more unlike other rentals that feel sparse and have you running out to pick up some basic thing that you forgot. Quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, great location - and most of all - access to Beaverdam Falls! I don’t camp so this was the perfect place to stay and still have access that wonderful natural paradise, which was my main motivation for staying here. I also enjoyed ventures out to the small historic towns nearby (btw - Corn + Flour Bakery in Greenbrier is soo good - buy a few bagels if you go to take back with you) and liked the wider hiking trails in the close-by state park. Moncove Lake was a lovely after-dinner walk with the sunsetting. I also appreciated the easy check in and check out that is not fussy at (especially after staying somewhere that require guests to vacuum). I’d definitely come back!
