I’ll start this review off by saying that I’ve never stayed in such a filthy Airbnb in my life, given that we are in a pandemic this was especially alarming. This is a large home with hard wood floors throughout and you could tell as soon as you walked through the door that the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite some time, there was hair in both showers, thick sticky dust on all the tables, food residue on the kitchen sink/table/microwave/placemats, an extremely thick layer of dust, hair, rubber bands and both false fingernails and clippings in the bedroom floors and master nightstand. There was also a mummified lizard carcass in the master bedroom floor, again I want to stress that this lizard’s body laid in the floor of this house with a $115 cleaning fee for so long it was hard as a rock so clearly the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages. When informed the host was communicative and apologetic, and did have someone come spot clean, although they didn’t even address all the issues I sent the host photos of, while we were out for the day. I requested the cleaning fee be refunded for the inconvenience and the host who had excellent response time otherwise didn’t respond. This house had potential to be truly lovely and is centrally located to everything we came to Atlanta to do, that said if it weren’t for the fact that it was prepaid and I have no idea how issues like this are resolved money wise and it was late when we arrived I would’ve never stayed there because it was absolutely filthy.

Great place to stay!! Cortez is an amazing host and responds promptly with any needs. Location is very convenient to the destinations we came to visit downtown.

This home is so beautiful and it’s as cozy as it looks. A lil glam still in the heart of everything. We enjoyed our birthday weekend and the hosts were exceptional. Perfect spot for a few friends to stay while enjoying the city
