Flat is in a great area. Close to the water with a great view and easy to get downtown. This flat was pretty dirty though. The sheets were not clean when we arrived. We had an easy enough time checking-in and Islam was communicative and accommodating with how to find the flat and when we were arriving. Our check-out on the other hand was not coordinated well. We were told we could have a 3pm check out but at 1pm we were kicked out as the next guests arrived early. We watched as they tucked the dirty sheets back into the bed to welcome the new guests. I do not think we would stay here again.

The location is fantastic, the host was amiable, The apartment could be cleaner.

The view of the sea from the 9th floor is lovely and the location is central. The home was clean. We assumed there would be air conditioning in the main area of the house, however, the AC is only in the bedrooms. Therefore, we had to have the windows open in the common area and it got very noisy with the traffic from the corniche. Also, the beds had thin sponge mattresses and were not the most comfortable. With that said, Islam was an accommodating host and has taken the feedback into consideration.
